With the current situation, we are all freaked out and out of whack. Anxiety and stress keep driving us out of our minds, and we are unsure how to cope, or what do to with ourselves. 

We know you are pretty stressed out, we are stressing out too! But, we just made peace with the realization that no matter how much we stress out, we can't change the chaos in the world. However, we can control how we react to the situation itself. 

Just think about it, when you are freaking out when you are letting stress and anxiety overwhelm you, you are not only letting yourself fall into the doom and gloom, but you can also spread it, and panic others as well. Little by little, as the panic spreads, sooner or later people will start doing irrational things, and the stress can have a serious impact on your mental health and the mental health of everyone around you.

So, you see, controlling how you react, and not letting yourself the panic get to you, is important for yourself and your loved ones. We know that the current situation is f****d up, but even in the midst of chaos, you can do some good. This is why we decided to use the beautiful Aries energy (the Sun is in Aries now, yay!) to work on ourselves, be creative at home, get our things under control and really learn how to be ourselves and express ourselves freely.

How To Use The Sun in Aries to Take Control of Your Life?

Now before you sign us off with the "That's great, but my Sun Sign (zodiac sign) isn't Aries, so this doesn't apply to me" give us a chance to explain why Aries is a part of you, even if your zodiac sign isn't Aries!

If your zodiac sign isn’t Aries that only means that your Sun Sign isn’t Aries. Aries, as well as all other zodiac signs, are all somewhere in your natal chart, ruling an aspect of your life. AND, no matter what sign you are, when the Sun enters that sign, you will feel the energy of it. So, this season is your season as well, even if your Sun Sign isn’t Aries! Aries is represented by the symbol of the Ram and it’s considered as a sacred symbol of resurrection. It’s the very first sign of the zodiac, and that says a lot about Aries – they are always the first, the leaders, the individuals filled with energy and enthusiasm. Aries simply radiates with a fiery energy that pushes forwards, towards creating magic. If your self-confidence has been a little shaky lately, then you definitely need to bring your inner Aries back to life, because Aries is always filled with self-confidence.

This fiery energy mostly comes from the planet that rules Aries, which is Mars. Mars is often considered the bringer of action, while in Roman mythology Mars was the God Of War. Mars is the planet that provides Aries with courage, boldness, and a strong will.

With all of this endless supply of fiery energy that Aries possesses, it’s no wonder that Aries’s element is also Fire. The fire element brings enthusiasm, self-confidence, courage, and creativity.

With all of this said, you have a pretty good image of what your inner Aries is all about. So the upcoming period will be the perfect time to express your individuality, to work on your self-confidence and give it a healthy boost. It’s the perfect time to take up a challenge, to become the leader that you were always meant to be, restore your will to move forward in life, and bring back the enthusiasm into your life! 10 Activities At Home To Work On Creativity And Self-Expression

The best way to utilize the Aries energy is to take action! Here are a few activities and actions to do at home:

  • Start coloring in a coloring book.

  • Dance hardcore every morning to your favorite song

  • Meditate with Citrine, Carnelian, Red Jasper, Aquamarine or Tiger's Eye to work on boosting self-confidence and self-expression.

  • Start a journal, and every day write at least one thing you are grateful for.

  • Work with a Calm AF Kit to keep your Zen Mode On.

  • Create a creativity and self-confidence altar with your fave healing tools

  • Take 20 minutes each day to enjoy some time with yourself. Take a bath, do your nails, cook something nice for yourself, make yourself a nice drink, meditate, or any other activity that brings you joy.

  • Stand naked in front of the mirror and find at least 5 things that you love about yourself and your body. If you see much more than you expected, don’t limit yourself – take note of everything. Then all you have to do is write yourself some messages, compliments, and reminders to welcome you every morning. Take a random post it, and put it on your mirror every night to help you start your day right.

  • Ask yourself these simple 3 questions:

    - Who Am I? (Write down 5-10 characteristics about yourself)

    Give it some time and think about each question carefully and try to write down your answers. Then, have a conversation with the closest people in your life. Ask them how they see you and how they would describe you. Then go back to the answers and compare – how harsh were you to yourself? Were you closer to the person that you wanted to become than you thought you were?

  • Set an affirmation for each day, write it down on a few post-its and scatter them around your home. Then set the affirmation as your phone background. Every time you see the affirmation in your home or your phone, close your eyes and repeat your affirmation five times! Here are a few affirmations that you can use: 

    • I am confident.

    • I release the judgment of others.

    • I embody confidence and inner peace.

    • I believe in myself.

    • I create abundance.

    • I manifest with ease and grace.

    • I am free from the need to always be right.

    • I am in tune with my creativity.

    • I am free from the limitations of others.

    • I am open to new ways of doing things.
