Everything in the Universe emits a certain type of frequency. Even us. By using these frequencies and understanding them better we can affect ourselves and body to change ourselves. For example, let’s say that you want to bring more positive vibes into your life. You start by changing yourself, your very frequency you emit and then you apply different techniques that allow you to stay in that magical state of joy. So, where exactly do sounds fit into this story? Well, sounds are in fact waves, that stimulate a different part of our brain and body. Just think of it this way, when you hear different types of music, it changes your mood and emotions, right? So, different sounds affect us and can change our emotions, and by changing our emotions, we can change the frequency we are emitting. And by doing so, we can achieve so much in our lives like waking you magic or even healing yourself with magical sounds. Isn’t that awesome? 


But it all sounds nice and cool on paper, but you can’t just listen to different music all the time to change your mood right? Singing bowls are one of the most interesting and helpful items used in sound healing. Each singing bowl is specially made to resonate sound on a specific frequency. Once you stroke the singing bowl, it emits a magical, calming and relaxing sound that makes your magical spark in you tingle. They are awesome when used for healing purposes.
