A mantra is one of the words that you are hearing a lot these days, but what exactly does it mean? You know it is connected with meditation techniques, but how exactly?
What is a Mantra?
Well, a mantra is a medicine for your soul and mind. The word itself comes from Sanskrit which is an ancient language believed that is sacred and in tune with the Universe. So, from Sanskrit Mantra translates as – “a tool of the mind”. It is believed that it holds spiritual and magical powers. Now that’s more like it!
After all, we did tell you that we’ll help you to find your own damn magic, didn’t we? The thing is, Mantras are a way that helps you change your negative perspectives into positive ones. Simply put it is a way to give power to words and in the right way. By having genuine kind intentions during meditation combined with repeating a powerful Mantra, not only does it convert negative into positive but it also helps your entire body to radiate with positive energy. In other words, it flames up your magical spark and helps you get in touch with your inner magic.
The very sound of a Mantra will touch your entire being. And if you are meditating on a Mantra from the Sanskrit language, as you say your mantra, the frequency of your body will change. It will go lower and sync with the frequency of the Universe itself.
