This exquisite mala has 108 beads and a lovely green tassel. The guru bead and 8 spacer beads are made from rudraskha seeds the remaining beads from moss agate. A mala is a string of beads used for chanting a mantra in sets of 108 repetitions to train the spiritual self. It is recommended to use a new mala for each mantra.
DIRECTIONS
A mala is the most ancient form of a rosary, used to count the repetitions of a mantra, a prayer, as the spiritual self is trained. Each Japamala should only be used for repetitions of one particular mantra.
