Led by Ravindar Sareen—Professional Artist, Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, Master Reiki Healer & Teacher, and Mental Health Coach—you’ll explore a gentle but transformative process: setting an intention, meditating on an emotional challenge, and visually expressing both the challenge and its solution through art. No previous art experience is required—just an open mind and willingness to explore.
