We’ll open with grounding meditation, flow into partnered and group Reiki exchanges, and close with shared reflections to anchor the energy.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your Reiki certification (any level), a notebook, and any tools you like to use—such as crystals or essential oils. We’ll have water, chairs, and tables available.
