The Solar Plexus Chakra - Manipura (in Sanskrit) is the third chakra and last of the chakras of matter. It’s the second floor of your spiritual foundation, the center of personal power, self-actualization, and self-confidence. Its function lies in your willpower, fueling it, and helping you to self-actualize yourself through your personal power.
The Sanskrit name Manipura comes from the two words - Mani which means “jewel” and Pura which means “place/city”. Think of the Solar Plexus Chakra as the energetical center of personal power and belief in yourself.
Now that you have satisfied your survival needs, and found some pleasure and fun in life, it’s time to build yourself up and explore your power in the world, your leading skills, and how you actualize yourself in the world.
When you want to work on enhancing self-confidence, motivation, personal will, balancing your personal power, enhancing faith in yourself, or anything that has to do with creating your own damn magic, you have to work on balancing your Solar Plexus Chakra.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is the chakra of personal empowerment, fearlessness, and knowing what you want and exactly how to get it. It’s the chakra that decides how you carry yourself, and how you explore and show off your personal power. This is why it’s super important to keep your solar plexus chakra in check and keep it balanced!
