3 Steps to Kick Those Self Defeating Habits!

Get Rid of the Blocks!  As humans we often have a habit of blocking our own desires, through deep, sometimes unconscious beliefs that we are not truly deserving of what we want to create.  Today, think of one thing you really want to manifest in your life.  Write it down.  Now, write down all of the reasons why you feel you cannot have this in your life.  Don't judge this list.  No one will see it but you, so be honest.  The goal is to let your blocks come to the surface.  Once we acknowledge our shadows, we can finally shine light to them.  When you feel the list is complete, go through every single item, and negate it with a reason why it doesn't make sense.  As you focus on the goal you want to manifest, and you feel that block coming up again, refer to this list.
