Exploring the deepest parts of your soul

Aquamarine is a well-known crystal that can help you explore the deepest layers of yourself. Many practices use Aquamarine in meditation to harness calmness or to invoke deep exploration of oneself. It’s a crystal that reflects reality itself, which makes it perfect for grounding and invoking stillness.

Aquamarine’s name comes from the Latin word ‘aqua marinus’ which when translated means seawater. This name was given to aquamarine because of its beautiful bluish, sparkling color that reminds of the mesmerizing beauty of the ocean's depth.

Aquamarine comes from the family of Beryl, even though the crystals that belong to this family can be a whole variety of colors. Aquamarine contains aluminum and which makes it a crystal that shouldn’t be used to create gem water through the direct method.
