Every Thursday at 4pm, children are invited to embark on an hour-long journey of discovery and relaxation, led by Ericka Mitton, a certified sound healer.

Through fun and interactive activities, they'll explore various musical instruments, including singing bowls and chimes, and discover how each sound can affect their mood and energy.
