For all of the beginners out there, we are rolling out some short videos to help you master the most common yoga poses and also learn some quick facts about how they help you improve your life.  For today we have - The Warrior II Pose or by it's little know name - The Virabhadra II.

What are the benefits of The Warrior II Pose?

-Strengthens the legs, opens the hips and chest  
-Develops concentration, balance and groundedness
-Improves circulation and respiration
-Energizes the entire body
