Yoga Pose of the Week: Warrior 1 Pose

For all of the beginners out there, we are rolling out some short videos to help you master the most common yoga poses and also learn some quick facts about how they help you improve your life. For today we have - The Warrior I Pose or by it's little know name - The Virabhadra.
What are the benefits of The Warrior I Pose?
Stretches the chest and lungs, shoulders and neck, belly, groins
Strengthens the shoulders and arms, and the muscles of the back
Improves focus, balance and stability
Encourages good circulation and respiration
Energizes the entire body
