When it comes to meditations based on focus, we have found that one of the best meditations that you can do is the Loving-Kindness Meditation. This Meditation helps you to grow and to nourish your positive vibrations by sending them to your loved ones. And what better way to start the New Year than with positive emotions? It is time to immerse yourself in love and kindness!
