Hello, Dear Magic Makers!

Are you ready to start off creating your damn magic in 2020? Because this year we are kicking off with growth plans for each month, and January’s growth plan is one of the most important ones that you need to follow to be able to spark up your own damn magic and manifest your own reality whole year long! This month we will be focusing on gratefulness!

What Is Gratefulness?

In your very busy life, while trying to achieve your goals, it’s very easy to tunnel vision towards your goals. And it’s true, some days it hard to push through, and tunnel visioning, visualizing your success can help you pull through even on the harshest of days. But, when you get into the habit of doing this, what you might forget is the present moment.

Of course, it’s amazing to always work towards creating your magic, but it’s also good to stop for a while and marvel at the magic that you have already created. Gratitude is a very strong personal ability and power, to stop, and reflect from where you started, how much you have done, how much you have progressed on your path towards creating your own damn magic.

Sometimes it’s just the ability to recognize and appreciate the good things in life. And sometimes it’s just the ability to stop and truly be grateful at the simple, small things in life.

Why Is Gratefulness Important?

All in all, gratefulness sounds like a marvelous ability to create for yourself, however beyond the giddy feeling it creates, why is it important to be more grateful in life? Here are a few benefits of being more grateful:

Improve psychological well-being

The best thing that gratefulness makes is that it makes you aware of what you already have in life to be grateful for. However simple it might seem, it’s true that we often overlook what we already have, because we always want something more which in turn triggers envy. That’s why simply becoming aware of how amazing your life already is through gratefulness has such a positive impact on your overall psychological well-being.

Gratefulness creates a thought pattern that is based on logic – you are seeing the bigger picture, you acknowledge that you are fortunate to have the circumstances in which you currently are. You see the bigger picture, which in turn shatters any negative thought patterns which might be causing you stress, anxiety, and depression.

Become happier and more joyful

By constantly practicing gratefulness you will become happier and more joyful in life simply because you are adopting a positive thought pattern and an overall positive outlook in life. Although you might be working on creating your own damn magic, you are also aware of the joys you have in life.

Improve your relationships

When you are learning to become more grateful in life you will notice that the relationships in your lives are also improving. Whether it’s a family, friendship or a romantic relationship, through practicing gratefulness you are becoming more loving, understanding, and appreciative of the loved ones in your life. How you love and connect with them becomes better and healthier. And it also makes you more aware which relationships and connections in life are worth nourishing and growing for you.

Enhance your spirituality

By becoming more grateful in your life, you are actually taking a step forward into becoming a more spiritual person. It’s easy to always focus on the negative, even in the best life possible, when you have adapted negative thought patterns. The first step towards your spiritual path is conquering yourself, and to do so you have to transform your thoughts which is why practicing gratefulness on a daily basis can help you to enhance your spirituality.

Become more patient

Because gratefulness makes us more aware of what we already have, that happiness and joy are all around us already even if we want to achieve more, it can help you make you more patient. By becoming more grateful, you are no longer in a rush to create more, to overwork yourself for the sake of the imagination of future happiness. Instead, happiness is with you in every step of the journey.

And with so many benefits, go you understand how important gratefulness is for creating your own damn magic? To help you achieve gratefulness we’ll walk you through all the steps and possible ways to become a more grateful person, and create your own damn magic!
