Lately, you must have heard many people use affirmations to help them live a more positive life and manifest their intentions. But how do Affirmations work? Are they really that powerful? Do they really hold the power to reshape your world?
Let’s start at the beginning. What we slowly think – we become. Thoughts hold tremendous power over us and you don’t even realize it. When you think you are unworthy and you are demeaning yourself when you remember bad memories from your childhood it all reflects on your emotional state. The same is with the opposite when you remember the good positive memories that bring you joy, when you are having healthy self-respect for yourself it all resonates with your emotional well-being. When you are in a good mood, you resonate with positive vibrations, and when you resonate with positive vibrations, you attract more positive outcomes in life. Not only that, but you also see the positive even in a negative experience. Your whole perspective reshapes.
This is why Affirmations are very important. They help you reshape and reorganize your patterns of thinking. By overflowing yourself with positive, reassuring affirmations you will not only change the way you think, you will also gain an emotional well-being that will resonate throughout your life.
